I work for the Yellow ribbon suicide prevention in Colorado. What school held the YR week?
This week was yellow ribbon week at my school and we had an assembly today, they talked about suicide, the causes, symptoms, how to get help, etc..they showed us this video at the end, I cried it was so sad

I dedicate this to all of the teens who have attended my high school and have taken their lives. I also dedicate this to my grandfather who committed suicide because he couldn’t bear to live with out my grandmother. We love you grandpa George! You will be dearly missed and be in all of our hearts forever.

If people could see the devastation they leave behind when they kill themselves they would think again. The ripples spread out for years. I cant tell you how many families I’ve seen torn apart by not just one, but, two or even three suicides. First the dad, then one child, then another. Can you imagine how this mother is surviving that kind of crippling grief? RIP > KAROL, BETSY, KEITH, MARKY & TIM > because the ones left behind are having a really hard time finding peace.

i used to be “emo” and suicidal. but then i went to treatment. at first i was really skeptical that i could get “cured” but just under a year later i got out, found god again, and now i’m hapy, love life and thank god often. he really does love you.
suicide is not the answer. you can get help and no matter how shitty you feel there are people that care for you

I lost my best friend on March 12,2009 we were very close we even went to school together so to all those who are suffering please get HELP and stay strong their is help out there you just got to wanted and their is People who do love you

Almost the same thing happened to me. Attempted many times, and eventually found out that He saved me everytime and He’s now my life. He is so amazing.

i was really close to finishing mylife many times but there was always something there that stoped my from doing so and i find out a year latter it was God. He saved me praise Him!!!
