This is really a nice song on her CD. It’s not bashing men…she speaks the truth. It’s a woman encouraging other women. Women hate each other more than they hate men.

Yes, that’s talent, but as consumers we CANNOT rely on the “Gatekeepers” of the music industry. It’s up to the consumer to seek out good music and support good artists like Syleena. There’s so much good music out there and with the net…it’s all at our finger tips. That’s actually how I found out about Syleena…Surfing the Web.
I’ve been down since Chapter 1 and get hyped with every new release.
I think it’s different with an independent label because you don’t have that marketing machine constantly going.
BUT what you do have as an independent artist is creative control. That’s the sacrifice artists make.
You have to pay to get your stuff on the radio…and pay to get it on TV. This has always been, but now it’s all crap. Which is why we see and hear the same 5 songs everyday.
The important thing is you found out about the album and you’re talking about it. It’s good.
